01

Who We Are

MyntTip is a social recognition platform operated by Badmus Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as MyntTip ("MyntTip," "we," "us," or "our"). Our platform allows hourly workers ("Workers") to receive recognition gifts ("Mynts") from their personal Support Circle ("Supporters") when they hit workplace milestones ("Wins").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the MyntTip mobile application, the website at www.mynttip.com, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to both Workers and Supporters.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at hello@mynttip.com.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information depending on how you use the Service:

2.1 Worker Account Information

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Information

Before your first cashout, you must complete identity verification through Stripe. This process collects information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, U.S. Social Security Number (last four digits or full SSN as required by law), and a government-issued photo identification. Stripe collects and processes this information directly under Stripe's Privacy Policy. MyntTip receives confirmation of verification status and limited associated data needed to operate your account.

2.3 Financial and Bank Account Information

To receive cashouts, you provide bank account information (routing and account numbers) through Stripe. Stripe processes and stores this information directly. MyntTip never stores your full bank account number on our servers.

2.4 Supporter Information

When a Supporter purchases a Mynt bundle, we receive the Supporter's name, email address, mobile phone number (when applicable), and a record of the Mynt purchase. The Supporter's payment information (card number, billing address, etc.) is collected and processed by Stripe directly under Stripe's Privacy Policy. MyntTip does not store full payment card information.

2.5 Support Circle Information

When a Worker adds someone to their Support Circle, we receive that person's name (as provided by the Worker) and mobile phone number for the limited purpose of sending Win notifications.

2.6 Usage and Device Information

2.7 Tax Information

For Workers who reach applicable cashout thresholds, we collect Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) information needed for tax reporting under U.S. law, as described in Section 8 of our Terms of Service.

03

We use the information we collect to:

  1. Create, operate, and maintain your MyntTip account;
  2. Detect workplace milestones (Wins) and trigger associated notifications;
  3. Notify your Support Circle when you achieve a Win;
  4. Process Mynt purchases and cashout requests through Stripe;
